I live in Manassas and my lease for my apartment is renewing in mid-December. I currently have a roommate, but she is moving out when our lease is up. I am currently searching for a female roommate (age doesn’t matter) who could potentially move in with me and split the rent with me for another 12 months. Here is some more information about the apartment:
– located in Masons Keepe, which is a gated apartment complex off of Ashton Avenue. There’s plenty of parking there (not assigned) and there’s a clubhouse, pool, and gym.
– my new roommate would get their own bedroom and full bathroom. The whole apartment is 2 beds, 2 baths.
– the rent is $2,010 total, not including utilities like gas, electric, and WiFi. Their share of the rent would be $1,005 not including the utilities mentioned above. I would say I never have to pay more than $100 per month on utilities.
