Hello! I’m looking for female roommates to join me in applying for an incredible 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house in Capitol Hill near Eastern Market with a potential mid-November move-in. The house is unfurnished but comes with some fantastic amenities, including:
– Garage, in-ground pool, and balcony

– Large common areas for relaxing and socializing
A bit about me: I’m in my late 30s and have been in DC nearly 2 years, and I love it! I still love exploring DC—whether it’s catching a Nats game, going to a show at the Kennedy Center, or just finding new coffee shops. I work at IJM, and I’m a part of Christ City Church. When I’m home, I love to bake (and share!), watch sitcoms, and hang out in the living room. I do have asthma and a cat allergy, so I’ll need a cat- and smoke-free space.
Rent: $1,100–$1,500/month per person based on room size and amenities. (For example, the primary bedroom has a full private bath AND a walk-in closet.)
