Searching for someone to take over my lease at the Sage apartment at national Landing starting on January 1, 2025. Junior 1 bedroom. Rent is $1800 (includes internet and trash) and parking is $200 (optional). Lease ends on 4/21/2025.
The Sage is about two years old. Very clean. Great location (walk to Whole Foods , pentagon city metro, and pentagon city mall). Great amenities, such as a gym, rooftop, and lounge.
Must pass eligibility to take over the lease. I will pay for the $500 admin fee and $50 application fee.
