We’re committed to equipping women to grow spiritually and develop grace-filled community in all stages and spheres of life. Through communities, discipleship programs, and special events, you can connect with other women and find a place to grow.
Simply Socials, Summer Read, Women’s Retreat
Women gather throughout the year for times of study and fellowship. In addition to special breakfast gatherings, regular events include our Simply Socials, which bring women together in homes throughout the area, and our Summer Read, when we dive into an encouraging book to stay connected to each other as we study God’s word.
Our Women’s Retreat is held every other year and is a weekend of fellowship, study, and rest as we dive in to a special topic and hear from respected guest speakers.

Ministries for Moms
MOPS and MOMSnext groups connect moms to a community of women who meet together to embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS provides community for mothers with children from birth – Kindergarten and MOMSnext connects mothers with elementary school-aged kids.
This discipleship program is an opportunity for career women to crosstrain their faith across all spectrums of life through monthly group meetings and a one-on-one mentoring relationship.
Women’s Community Groups
Community Groups go beyond studying the Bible to deep and caring friendships. Groups of 8 – 16 people meet together across the DC area; several women’s young adult groups meet in Arlington, Falls Church, and Reston.

Board of Women
The Board of Women is a group of appointed leaders who seek to serve the needs of the women in our congregation by serving and supporting women in their many roles. While the Board does not directly oversee Women’s Ministry, many events and gatherings (such as the Retreat and our Simply Socials) are spearheaded by the Board.
