MomsConnect is a multigenerational community of moms of any age where you will find encouragement and fellowship. We come together to hear from speakers and discuss topics centered around learning and growing as moms while we raise children in this world.
MomsConnect meets in the evening once per month so moms of all stages of life can join. We hope to build a community where moms can experience personal growth while finding practical help and spiritual hope.
Join us for a moms night out of catered dinner and flower arranging. This month, we ask for an RSVP by noon on Sunday, May 17 so we can buy the appropriate amount of food and flowers.
We meet for fellowship, to hear a speaker give a presentation on a topic relevant to motherhood, and discussion of the topic. Previous speakers and discussion topics have included technology, praying for your children, and executive functioning.
We seek to be a community of moms of all stages to join together to build relationships, enjoy discussion, and dessert. We will learn from our speakers but also from the community we build as we share wisdom and learn from each other’s experiences. We hope women will commit for the full series but also hope women will join for as many sessions as they can — life is full and busy moms need grace!
We meet once a month from 7–9pm at McLean Presbyterian Church. This year we will be meeting on the third Wednesday of the month.
There is no registration fee. Please register to receive emails about the meetings and speakers and to RSVP to the events.
