Every 5th Wednesday, a team of volunteers from MPC prepares a hot lunch for 130 guests at The Lamb Center. The menu includes 18 meatloaves, 60lbs of smashed red potatoes, 60lbs of a vegetable side dish, and salad.
A volunteer then delivers all the trays, along with water bottles and lemonade, to The Lamb Center in Fairfax. Our church has been serving in this way since 2011.
