Whether you’re a prospective college student, a parent, or share our mission to reach college students with the gospel, the Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) Connect Conference is an event that you won’t want to miss!

ABOUT THE Conference

Our conference features guest speakers, music, and a college fair environment (with games and giveaways). You’ll hear encouraging testimonies of how God is impacting area universities through the evangelistic outreach and discipleship of RUF!

RUF staff and ministers from major universities across DC, VA, and MD, will be represented, including (but not limited to):

  • Christopher Newport University (CNU)
  • College of William and Mary (W&M)
  • Howard University (HU)
  • James Madison University (JMU)
  • University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC)
  • University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP)
  • University of Virginia (UVA)
  • Virginia Tech (VT)

GET CONNECTED! At the conference, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for:

  • students to connect with RUF ministries ahead of their transition to college campuses,
  • individual families and churches to connect with RUF staff working on the ground, and
  • university and RUF alumni to connect with current RUF ministries on our campuses.

CONFERENCE TOPICS include:

  • How do you keep and share your faith in college?
  • What does Christian ministry look like on campus?
  • How is RUF similar to — and different than — other campus ministries?

Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) is the campus ministry of the PCA that reaches college students from all backgrounds with the hope of Jesus Christ. One of the ways RUF is unique on campus is that it sends ordained ministers to the college campus to serve and pastor students. College is a time when beliefs are explored, decisions are made, and lives are changed. RUF invites students into authentic relationships and the study of God’s Word through weekly large group gatherings, small group bible studies, and pastoral discipleship. RUF’s mission is to “reach students for Christ and equip them to serve.” Through the ministry of RUF, students discover the love of Christ, find their significance in God’s redemptive story, and engage in the life of his church.
