Men’s Retreat 2025

Join us as we spend one night away in fellowship and encouragement. The topic of our 2025 retreat is “Invest.” Although it will certainly be a meaningful time together, we will be back by dinner on Saturday so that families can enjoy the evening together and attend church on Sunday.

Our speaker will be Paul Poteat. Paul is the Midwest Network Director for Campus Outreach SERVE. He grew up in South Carolina and attended Presbyterian College, where he encountered Christ in a powerful way and decided to spend his life investing in college students. He served on staff with Campus Outreach at Presbyterian College for three years before moving to Minneapolis in 2003 to help pioneer a Campus Outreach ministry there based out of Bethlehem Baptist Church. He ministered on that team until the Spring of 2020, when he began serving as the Midwest Network Director. In this role, he provides service to Regional Directors and their staff teams, coordinates for catalytic events, assists with training and assessments, and seeks to strengthen the ministry of those teams. In the summer of 2022, he moved to Cincinnati, OH to be better positioned for serving the Network. Paul married his wife, Samantha, in 2006 and they have two daughters, Maddux and Sophie. They attend New City Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati. Paul loves working alongside Sam, as she is his favorite teammate.

This retreat is open to men who attend McLean Presbyterian Church, Capital Presbyterian Herndon, and Capital Presbyterian Fairfax. Hope to see you there!
