Join us for our annual congregational dinner and meeting, when we gather to celebrate God’s work and faithfulness this year, and hear important announcements and information for next year. The meeting starts at 7pm with dinner provided beforehand at 6pm; please RSVP (link coming soon) so we can plan for seating, dinner, and childcare.

The Annual Stated Congregational Meeting of McLean Presbyterian Church is called for Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at 7pm (with dinner at 6pm) at McLean Presbyterian Church, 1020 Balls Hill Road, McLean, Virginia. The purposes of the meeting as called for in the McLean Presbyterian Church Bylaws, are to:

• elect officers,
• receive a report on the financial status of the church,
• present the budget for the upcoming fiscal year, and
• share the ministry year 2026 outlook for our ministries and how we hope to glorify and enjoy God together.

Particularly this year, we will also be sharing the work of the Strategic Planning Committee appointed earlier this year by our Session. Please come as we discuss how to move forward as Disciples Who Make A Difference!

CHILDCARE INFO

Childcare will be provided for ages birth–3rd grade; register each child via your household RSVP. Kids will eat dinner with their families prior to heading to childcare during the meeting.

Regular attenders of McLean Pres or Capital Pres Herndon are welcome to attend our Congregational Meeting; however, only church members will be able to vote. If you attend regularly and would like to serve our members by helping with childcare alongside our staff during the meeting, please contact [email protected].
