I’m Morgan, and my roommates Monica and Regina and I are looking for one more Christian female roommate for a home in the Arlington/Alexandria/Falls Church area with a lease that starts in January. Budget of $1,000-$1,200.
We’re 33, 34, and 41 — a reporter, teacher, and a lawyer. I think we’re fun : ) We’re all practicing Christians, but we go to different churches. Monica is Catholic, Regina and I are Protestant.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We keep the house fairly quiet after around 9 on weeknights.
We’re looking for someone kind and willing to commit with us to regular chores to help keep common areas clean and as uncluttered as possible so we can all enjoy the space.
We’re hoping we can be friends! If you hate chit chatting or interacting with roommates, we’re probably not the group for you. We don’t need to be best friends, but we can say from experience – it’s nice to live with people who can help you out in a pinch or occasionally do something together on a random Saturday. We want a cheerful, stress-free home.
If we do have different preferences or needs, our expectation is that those would be expressed politely, face-to-face, and assuming the best about the other person’s intentions.
No smoking, wild parties, and unfortunately, no pets : /
