Apartment is part of a family home but has a separate entrance. Includes mini kitchenette, separate heating/cooling control, built-in book shelves, and four windows. Tenant must be tolerant of medium-sized family dog who is sometimes in the backyard where the apartment entrance is. Wi-fi and all utility bills covered by the homeowners. Laundry room available (but needs to be scheduled/arranged with homeowners). One block from tennis & basketball courts and 1/2 mile from trail heads.
