We are three CM young professionals looking for a CM housemate to join our 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the Barcroft area of Arlington. The two-story brick house has an open floor plan on the first floor with excellent setup for hosting, patio/deck in the backyard, and room for extra storage in the basement. The house also features central AC/heat, a garage with space for one car (currently unused), and plenty of street parking. We are in an excellent, safe neighborhood near Alcova Heights Park and a 5 min drive to Harris Teeter. The house is conveniently situated about ten minutes from Shirlington and ten minutes from Ballston.
The room has a shared full upstairs bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the basement.
As for the three of us, we are faithful Christian men seeking to live according to Scripture. We have the occasional movie night or cocktail party, but no raucous carousing. Looking for someone quiet, respectful, and mid-20s – early 30s
