We are three CM young professionals looking for a CM housemate to join our 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the Barcroft area of Arlington. The open room is $1000/month and available now, pending modification of the lease.
Our two story brick house has an open floor plan on the first floor with excellent setup for hosting, patio/deck in the backyard, and room for extra storage in the basement. The house also features central AC/heat, a garage with space for one car (currently unused), and plenty of street parking. The available bedroom has hardwood floors, nice natural light, sizable closet, and ceiling fan.
We are in an excellent, safe neighborhood near Alcova Heights Park and a 5 min drive to Harris Teeter. The house is conveniently situated about 10 minutes from Shirlington and 10 minutes from Ballston.
