A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a software engineer who works from home. I go to a local church, and volunteer as worship leader at a local Bible study. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets.
First room is a 116 sqft furnished room with a semi-private bathroom at $990/month, with a full-size bed with storage space and headboard, dresser, night stand, spacious closet, ceiling fan and light, desk chair, and high-quality standing desk. Lots of natural light with two large double windows.
Included in the rent is high-speed wifi, parking, and a monthly professional cleaning. There is one garage spot, two driveway spots, and plenty of street parking. Lease is preferred to be a six-month minimum.
There will be 4 people total and all house members share utilities and cleaning responsibilities. Utilities range from $65-$75 monthly, for three people. You must work in the office or be hybrid. Kitchen use is recommended to meal plan.
My heart is to build a Christian community; where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, and board games. We have monthly potlucks and celebrating personal events like birthdays and holidays are highly welcomed!

The house is walking distance from the Shops at Fairfax, Aldi, Planet Fitness, Heart, 99 Ranch, Old Town Fairfax, Lowes, CVS, Fairfax Presbyterian Church, parks, Walmart, and many restaurants. Vienna metro stations is about an 8 min drive away or a 15-minute CUE bus ride. GMU is about a 5 min drive or 10 min bike ride and the CUE stop is just outside my house.
