Within a few weeks, I will have a choice of 2 rooms available for rent for a sincere, committed Christian female. One is a mid size upstairs room with a full bed and 2 sunny windows and the other is a downstairs room with a king bed and a refrigerator. You will share two bathrooms, laundry and the kitchen. Designated parking is available for a small additional charge that I can split with you. Rent is either $700 or $800 per month with utilities included.
