About Me: I (the homeowner) am an LCPS elementary school teacher in my 30s. I am quiet, respectful, friendly, and easy-going! I enjoy conversations over coffee, hanging out with friends and family, and serving in my local church. During the week, I spend my evenings teaching ESL classes for adults, at bible study, or at worship/praise team rehearsals. In my free time though, I love to read, play the piano, garden, and take dance classes!
Who I’m Looking For: A clean/tidy, responsible, and considerate housemate who appreciates a calm, but friendly living atmosphere.

– Private, unfurnished space with a window, ceiling fan, overhead light, and ample closet space.
– Dimensions are 9’ 9” x 11’ 2”
– Shared bath w/ another tenant

– Upstairs: hallway linen closet
– Basement: laundry room w/washer and dryer
Lease Terms:
– $900/mo + utilities (electric, internet, water).
– 1 year with the possibility of extending
– Background check dependent
– Security deposit of one month’s rent
Restrictions:
– No smoking/vaping/drugs/excessive drinking.
– No male overnight guests.
Parking: There are two reserved spots for tenant use, along with plenty of curbside parking in front of the house. Visitor parking is also available.

Dulles Town Center and OneLoudoun are just minutes away, as well as quick and easy access to major commuter roads (Route 7 and Route 28).
