Hi! I am urgently looking for one roommate to fill the other room in a 2bd/2ba apartment in Columbia Heights. Move in is April 1st or sooner.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has great natural lighting. There is a washer/dryer in unit, street parking, and access to a private rooftop/deck. You would have your own bathroom. The bedroom will come unfurnished as the previous roommate has taken his furnishings with him.
Rent is month to month and will be $1442/month plus $40 for WiFi. Utilities average around $40-$50 depending on the season.
The unit is in a great location! Georgia/Ave Petworth metro is a 5-minute walk away. Grocery stores like Safeway and Yes! Organic are within a 5-10 minute walk. Little Coco’s, Hook Hall, Midlands, Honeymoon Chicken, Call Your Mother, and Red Derby are also within walking distance!
About me: I am in my mid-20s and work in development. I’m an avid rock climber, long distance runner, and Tottenham supporter. I attend Grace Meridian Hill.
