3rd floor apartment with large bedroom, private bathroom, and plenty of closet space available starting February for $925/month, utilities +/-$50. The lease runs for one year, starting August 31. Ideally, we’re looking for a move-in date at the end of August/early September.
The apartment is in a quiet but urban neighborhood located near multiple grocery stores and within walking/biking distance of everywhere from Georgetown to Lincoln Memorial. The Courthouse and Rosslyn metro stops are both within walking distance.
The apartment currently has two inhabitants. We (Kate and Jade) are both in our early to mid 30s and consider ourselves either extroverted introverts or introverted extroverts – you’ll often find Kate settled in the living room working from home or watching a new show, while Jade likes to cook in the kitchen and is always happy to chat. Cleanliness and open communication are important to us, and while we value our little apartment fellowship, we also have communities outside of our living space.
