Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to fill the other room in a 2bd/2ba apartment in Columbia Heights. Move in is March 1st.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has great natural lighting. There is a washer/dryer in unit and street parking. You would have your own bathroom. The bedroom will come unfurnished as the current roommate plans to take his furnishings with him.
Rent is month to month and will be $1442/month plus $40 for WiFi. Utilities average around $40-$50 depending on the season.
The unit is in a great location! Georgia/Ave Petworth metro is a 5-minute walk away. Grocery stores like Safeway and Yes! Organic are within a 5-10 minute walk. Little Coco’s, Hook Hall, Midlands, Honeymoon Chicken, Call Your Mother, and Red Derby are also within walking distance!
About me: I am in my mid 20s and work in international development. I attend Grace Meridian Hill and host a bible study twice a month. I’m an avid rock climber, long distance runner, and Tottenham supporter. I’m looking for a roommate who is equally clean, respectful, and courteous. I go into the office twice a week.
