Who we are: Young Christian married couple with three children, ages six to two years old. Jonathan works in IT management and Grace is a health instructor. We regularly attend City Light church in Falls Church.
Rent is $1275 a month, which includes all utilities (including Wi-Fi Internet).

Modestly sized at around 350 sq. ft, it has two main rooms (kitchen and large bedroom) plus the bathroom. While the space is relatively small, with available storage downstairs and in the wall built-ins for dresser, etc., tenant is able to make good use of the space.
