Given our school-aged children, we would prefer female applicants at this time. The space will be available August 11th, but we’re flexible on move-in date.
Who we are: Mid-career Christian married couple with three children, ages 16 to 10 years old. We are both think tank professionals who work downtown and attend The Falls Church Anglican.
Rent is $1100 a month, which includes all utilities (including Wi-Fi Internet).

Unit has separate rear entrance and has two main rooms (kitchen and large bedroom) plus the full bathroom. While the space is relatively small, with access to shared living area and minimal available storage, tenant is able to make good use of the space.

Private laundry (located in unit).
Bedroom has queen bed, large 3-drawer dresser, reading chair, and full closet.
