I am getting married and am looking for someone to take over my lease starting on April 1, 2025. The lease runs through December 31, 2025, and you’ll then have the option to renew.
I have lived in this beautiful studio for over 6 years. It has lots of natural light (end unit), a gas range in the kitchen, and distinct kitchen and dining area, a walk-in closet, and two storage closets. No in unit laundry, but shared laundry is on the same floor so it’s really convenient. The community is graduate students all the way to senior citizens, and it’s very quiet. Location is 10-11 minute walk from the Clarendon and Courthouse Metro Stations.
Price is $1715/month plus utilities. You also get underground parking in a designated spot for $75/month.
