Hi! Looking for a CF roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Downtown DC (near Metro Center, so very centrally located!). Rent is $1,550 /month + ~$80/ month in utilities. The master bedroom (and private bathroom!) is available starting this month, and I am looking for someone to sign on a 12 month lease starting September 1. The apartment has in-unit laundry and as well as a fully furnished kitchen and living room! Garage parking available for an additional $275 /month.
A bit about me: I graduated from Catholic University a few years ago and now work in data analytics (my role is hybrid so I work from home about 50% of the time). I attend church in Shaw nearby, and in my free time, I love to swing dance, travel, and explore new coffee shops and restaurants with friends! Between all of my hobbies, I’m not home very often in the evenings / weekends. I am a night owl and like to keep common spaces clean and organized.
