My roommate and I are looking for a third (or possibly fourth) roommate to share a townhome in the Reston/Herndon area. We are looking to have the budget be around $1000 per person (it will be less if we have four people).
My roommate and are two social extroverted Christians that go to church in Sterling (we plan to have lots of gathering at the house). There is also a plan to get a cat in the near future.
