The main house is home to several women with whom you will share the large backyard space. The studio has high ceilings and a huge walk-in closet with lots of storage space. Washer and dryer in unit. Carport parking in the driveway. We are looking for someone who enjoys quiet and will be a good neighbor. (No loud music, parties, overnight guests, etc.) Close to bus routes and bike/running trails. Sorry, no pets. No smoking. The space comes unfurnished.
