Looking for stable and responsible person who keeps things clean and pays the rent on time each month. No smoking, pets or overnight guests unless immediate family members from out of town with 24-48 hours notice. I am open to month to month or longer term lease and have a choice of 3 rooms that could be available now ($600, $700 or $800 per month with utilities included).
