I have two upstairs rooms available for rent for a Christian female. One room is smaller and $650 per month and the other is mid size with 2 sunny windows for $750. This includes utilities. Both rooms have ceiling fans and an updated bathroom. A bed and bedframe are available for one room. You will also have access to a main level bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept and we have a lake and walking trails behind us! Numbered parking is available. I am looking for a person who is responsible with being on time with the rent, clean and responsible, quiet but friendly.
