– Best parking availability I have seen inside the beltway in my 10 years of living here

– HOA has a pool if that’s your thing, in the winter I set up a hottub

Current roommates/what we do:
– Statistician for the government, grad w/ MA in Biblical Studies (Reformed Seminary), former pastoral intern at Del Ray Baptist Church. I like video/board games, basketball, watching football, competing in weightlifting, watching movies on our projector screen, cooking, and shooting. I’m abysmal at guitar/bass, but I try anyway.
– Native to NoVa, passionate about prayer and evangelism, Ethiopian-orthodox-ish, has a dog named Companion
– California native, English literature background, 10+ years in the military, now in seminary (also Reformed Seminary) to be a chaplain, intern in the PCA
We are introverts and sometimes have varying schedules, but value good fellowship. It’s a good blend of “you have your own space” but you won’t be alone. Every few weeks on average we have people come over to watch football, movies, break bread, etc.
As the landlord, I recognize God has blessed me with this house, so I strive to be a fair and generous steward. About once every quarter, I take the whole house out to eat. Most issues can be resolved with reasonable expectations and good communication.
We do get monthly deep cleaning ($37.50 would be your share), which along with the occasional Costco trip for paper towels, tp, dish soap, etc (we split these), would be your only other recurring expense apart from rent.
