There is one roommate in the basement and I stay over occasionally due to caring for elderly parent nearby. Bedroom is furnished with full-size bed, dresser and 2 nightstands, but these can be removed if not needed).
The room is currently available. The townhouse has three levels with bedroom on top level; person would have their own hallway bathroom, one parking spot and full use of kitchen, dining room and living room. Washer and dryer in basement for use. Located 15 minutes from Interstate 66/Business 234 interchange (exit 47). Multiple shopping centers/mall and restaurants are near by. Also nearby are Costco, Giant, Chipotle, Lifetime Fitness, and car repair options. Manassas Battlefield nearby. Very close to Centreville/Western Fairfax County areas.
No drugs, pets, or smoking. Alcohol is okay in moderation. Utilities are not included in the rent price but they are usually $60-$120 a month for each person. Let me know if you have any questions. Pictures available upon request.
