I am moving and looking for a Christian female for a 6 month sublease of one room in a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Arlington Ridge available January 1 and going until the end of June (with possibility of renewing for a 1 year lease).
The condo is beautiful, new, and spacious with large windows, a balcony, and laundry in unit. This is a great location just a few minutes drive outside of D.C. It’s about half a mile from Shirlington and 1 mile from both Crystal City and Pentagon City. There is a bus stop right outside of the building that will take you to the Pentagon City metro station. If you have a car, there is a covered parking garage adjacent to the building where you have an assigned parking spot just a few steps from the apartment entry. The building also has a gym, pool, and other amenities. It is walking distance to the W&OD trail where you can easily walk or bike to D.C., Alexandria, and Arlington.
Your roommate is a 30-year-old high school counselor who is very kind and respectful of common areas. She usually keeps pretty busy with work, church, and other activities.
P.S. The cat belongs to me and will be moving with me. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
