Join us as we celebrate Christmas!

Advent is the season of waiting for Christmas, the coming of Jesus — it also symbolizes our waiting for Jesus to return again to restore all that is broken in our world. Come along with our church family this year as we concentrate on God’s promises, which are our sure hope in the midst of waiting.

Throughout this season, there will be opportunities to gather for worship and celebration, to spend time in God’s Word, and to invite others to join us. This season culminates in a special candlelit Christmas Eve service. Gather your friends and family and join us!

Advent Resources

Advent Devotional

Pause to dwell on the hope, love, joy and peace that flow from the remembrance of the first coming of Jesus, and from the anticipation of his second coming.

In this year’s devotional, we have invited long-standing mission partners to minister to our church family in pointing us to Jesus. At the heart of each week’s devotional is a meditation from a mission partner, considering the Scripture and the theme of the week in the light of God’s grace in their context.

Advent Sermon Series: A Child is Born

Waiting and hoping, losing hope, daring to regain it again — the Bible is filled with stories of longing, including many striking stories of parents longing for a child. This deep human longing is a picture of what we seek as we live in a broken world: a sense of purpose and a hope for a future. Join us this Christmas as we consider the stories of miraculous births in the Bible, examining what they reveal about our own hopes — and why the miraculous birth of Jesus is actually the fulfillment of our deepest longings.
