Current Classes:
Bridging the Testaments
January 4-February 15 | sanctuary | 10:15am
Why did the Jerusalem’s walls need rebuilding? Where did the synagogue come from, and who were the Pharisees, Sadducees, and Essenes? What is the origin of the Septuagint, and who were the Maccabees? The aim of this course in answering questions like these is to help us bridge the over 400-year gap between the Testaments and better understand cultural, theological, and scriptural development from the old into the world of Jesus and the new.
God’s Glory in a Big, Wild World
January 4-February 15 | Fellowship Hall | 10:15am
If the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy him forever, how do we do that in a huge, complex world? Come and get your head and heart around the purpose God has for his people and his world through the whole Scripture, and for your life for the next few decades.

February 22-march 29 | sanctuary | 10:15am
Knowing God is the most important reality that the Bible teaches for people. So, how do we know God? Thanks for asking! Consider the following as a more helpful way of getting at the heart of the matter: how does God make himself known? Our class will discuss how almighty God reveals himself to his creation.
Getting to Know Isaiah
February 22-march 29 | Fellowship Hall | 10:15am
The book of Isaiah is beautiful in its promises, dizzying in its scope, and massive in size. It contains some of the most well-known passages of Scripture (“For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given…”) and some of the strangest. It contains some of the richest promises of Jesus and the new heavens and the new earth. And yet, it’s a book not easily approached. Together, we’ll explore the context and content of Isaiah, so that we might worship God in the fullness of his glory!
