Gospel grace touches and transforms every area of our lives, including our careers. And yet we often struggle to meaningfully integrate faith and work, leading to an incohesive and compartmentalized life.
In 2006, McLean Presbyterian launched Capital Fellows, a nine-month Christian leadership program for recent college graduates to help them explore God’s callings in life — at work, at church, in community and at home.
Each year, through graduate courses, a paid internship, one-on-one mentoring and many leadership and community service opportunities, the Capital Fellows are challenged to integrate a Christian worldview into all areas of their lives and live cohesively from Sunday to Saturday. These Fellows become a part of the MPC community, living with members, serving in our ministries, and studying with our pastors.
