Dominion Christian School is accepting resumes for a part- or full-time Director of Marketing & Communications. The qualified candidate will hold at least a four-year degree and possess excellent written communication and storytelling skills. Relationships and engagement with employees, parents, students, alumni, former parents, and donors will be important, so exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to learn to speak winsomely about the school’s mission will be necessary. The candidate must also possess strong technology skills, including the ability to manage social media, online advertising, blogs, MailChimp, website management, and publishing software. As a chief mouthpiece and face for the school, the Director of Marketing and Communications must be a committed Christian who is in agreement with Dominion’s statement of faith. zExperience in a similar role, as a teacher, or in a liberal arts/classical setting are preferred, though not required.
