Mid-career single woman seeks housing. I work in ministry on Capitol Hill, and am a member of The Falls Church Anglican. Landlord sold the house I'd been renting. Ideal is basement apartment or in-law suite, or rent a room from a family or single woman. Inside the beltway is preferred, and would love to keep rent under $1000. Thank you for considering this request!
Hi! I am a CM senior currently studying at University of California, Berkeley. I will be relocating from Berkeley to McLean for an internship this summer running from June 6th-August 15th. I am clean, neat, and extremely
respectful of those around me. Please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any potential room openings. I am hoping to use public transportation as my primary means of travel, so convenient location near the metro would be ideal.
Family looking to rent a 3 bedroom home near a bus or metro stop in Arlington/McLean/Alexandria areas.
My name is Fidel, a 28-yr old moving to Arlington sometime between mid-June and July 1. I'm starting a consulting job in Ballston July 5th and am hoping to live relatively close to work (Courthouse or Roslynn would be ideal but I'm flexible).
A little about me:
My name is Jameson and I'm from Dallas, Texas which is where I live now. I
will be moving to DC to work at Meridian International Center
which is near Meridian Hill Park. I'm flying to DC on May 29th with my luggage.
Just more info about me - I'm a Christian, 25, I enjoy international type stuff, can be very much a kid at heart, and pretty extroverted. I would say I'm a nerd that enjoys movies and comics. I'm definitely big on community and doing life with solid people.
I'm a recent UVa grad who is moving from Charlottesville to work in non-profit research in Crystal City. I will be in-between housing from late May - July 1 and am looking for a private room in a home with other CF(s). I'm looking for a place with a parking spot (on or off-street parking is fine). I would also prefer to be in Arlington or Alexandria, but Falls Church or DC are fine if it's close to the Metro. Budget is flexible but ideally around $1100. Even though this would just be for about a month, I would love to meet and get to know housemates!
We are a young married couple, military, no children, with 1 well-behaved small dog. We’re seeking a basement, in-law suite, or house extension apartment in the Northern VA area for up to three years, starting this summer. Also open to house-sitting situation. Prefer unfurnished. Ideally we would like 2 BR since my husband will work from home quite a bit. We are friendly, responsible, respectful tenets with excellent references and credit. Affordable rent is key. Please contact Sean Arumae at 571-266-2375 or email@example.com. Thank you!
My name is Sabrina Li, and I am graduating this May from UVA. I will be working at Reston since mid July 18, and I want to live near Tyson's Corner, where is super convenient. I did some research for apartments in Tyson's, and I have a budget up to $1100 per person for the rent, which is enough for a nice 2-bedroom & 2-bathroom apartment. Personally, I only want to live in a 2B 2B apartment.
I am looking for a place in Montgomery County, preferably in the Derwood/Rockville area, but further out is okay too. I am hoping to rent a basement apartment or in-law suite or something like that. Not just a bedroom and bathroom, but some extra space for a small home office and a small living room area (could be a combined space for both). Shared kitchen and laundry is fine. I have two sweet, senior, indoor cats.
I would also be interested in sharing an apartment with another young woman, as long as we could find a place with enough room for me to have a small home-office.
