Looking for an energetic Christian woman to help me work and raise my daughters (aged 5, 3, and 1)! I live in Rockville and work mostly from home…I can even be interrupted, but I get much more done with someone interesting around. I'm looking for about 20 hours a week and would greatly prefer to hire one sitter to cover both my at-home work (hours quite flexible) and my teaching (TuTh 12:45-4 during the Spring semester), but will hire more than one person if necessary. Plus it needs to be someone who isn't intimidated being out and about with three fast children!

Compensation is in the form of equity in the application (shared ownership of the application and its sales).
